Mia creates strong and meaningful safety and sustainability standards for the beauty industry. She is the VP of Sustainability & Impact at Credo Beauty, the largest clean beauty retailer, and the Co-Founder of the new nonprofit membership organization Pact Collective. Pact's mission is to bring beauty stakeholders together to move toward circularity, and to start to make a dent in hard-to-recycle beauty waste. Mia was on the founding team at Beautycounter, and has advised numerous innovative brands and Safer Made, the venture capital firm that invests in teams that bring safer products and technologies to market.
