Cammie Erickson leads the development and execution of innovative partnerships with foundation, government and civil society partners, and conducts robust, evidence-based research on key sustainability issues. Her work is focused on promoting an inclusive economy and addressing major risks related to climate change.
 

Cammie Erickson leads the development and execution of innovative partnerships with foundation, government and civil society partners, and conducts robust, evidence-based research on key sustainability issues. Her work is focused on promoting an inclusive economy and addressing major risks related to climate change. Cammie has played a key role in the development and implementation of the HERfinance initiative, leading BSR's impact measurement workstream and stewarding relationships with financial inclusion partners and donors. She also worked on CiYuan, an initiative focused on facilitating cross-sector partnerships between business and grassroots civil society organizations in China.

Prior to joining BSR, Cammie worked at Ashoka, where she built partnerships with companies and foundations seeking to invest in social innovators. While in that role, she designed and executed partnerships with eBay, ExxonMobil, and the Rockefeller Foundation on a range of issues including job creation, women's economic empowerment, and small-to-medium-size enterprise finance. Cammie speaks French and English.

She holds a B.A. in Public Policy from Duke University.
