VERGE Accelerate elevates early-stage entrepreneurs whose innovations address market opportunities at the intersection of technology and sustainability.

The Perks
  • VERGE Accelerate Showcase: This fast-pitch competition takes place on the main stage of VERGE Hawaii to a live audience of business leaders, government officials and investors, as well as to a global online audience. The presentations are complemented with editorial coverage on GreenBiz.com as well as published videos of the entrepreneur pitches.
  • Submitting Your Pitch:Complete the nomination form and submit a 60-second video explaining the problem your company solves and why you want to pitch at VERGE Hawaii. The VERGE Hawaii Accelerate Showcase will have two pitch sessions: an early-stage Go-to-Market competition and later-stage Demonstration competition.
  • EEx Fast Track: Winners of VERGE Accelerate will get 'Fast Track' access into Energy Excelerator's application process. Winners will receive personal and dedicated contact with the EEx review team, which get companies a significant step closer to being a part of their 2017 cohort.
  • Targeted exposure: At VERGE Hawaii, the judges are hand-selected by Energy Excelerator and GreenBiz to give you exposure to the right people - investors, corporates and decision makers with expertise in energy and experience working with innovators.
  • Global exposure: The VERGE Accelerate Showcase will take place on the main stage and be live streamed to a global audience. Finalists and winners will be featured on our website.
