How do I register?

I can only stay for part of VERGE 19. Can I transfer my issued registration to someone else for the rest?

We are not able to accommodate pass-sharing and one registration may not be shared by multiple people.

Is there a group discount?

Yes. When two or more people register from the same organization at the same time, a 20% discount is automatically applied to all registrants. Once you've added all team members and are ready to checkout, the discount will be deducted from your total conference fee.

Are there opportunities to volunteer at the event?

Yes. We offer a limited number of volunteer positions to graduate and undergraduate students. If you are interested in volunteering, please fill out the volunteer application here.

What is the refund policy?

Registrations for VERGE are non-refundable. However, if you register but are then unable to attend, we are happy to apply the amount you paid to a future GreenBiz event or product within one year, or you can transfer your registration to a colleague. Please contact GreenBiz Support if you need to cancel or transfer your registration.

Are meals included in conference registration?

This varies by pass type. All-Access passes include breakfast and lunch on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Single-Conference and Cross-Conference passes include breakfast and lunch on Wednesday and Thursday only. One-Day passes include breakfast and lunch on the day of your attendance. Interconnect Expo passes do not include meals.
