Emerging Leaders
The Emerging Leaders program aims to elevate, cultivate and support the next generation of up and coming leaders in sustainable finance. The program creates a pathway into the sustainability industry for students and early-career professionals who face barriers to entry in the field, and who wouldn’t otherwise be able to attend GreenFin 21. The Emerging Leaders program aims to foster a community of sustainable finance professionals that is diverse and representative of the world in which we live.
The selected GreenFin 21 Emerging Leaders will receive full access to the conference, and will convene with an invitation-only audience from the sustainability, finance and investment communities to improve communication, align investor expectations with corporate needs and showcase sustainable financial products and services.
To apply, applicants must:
- Currently reside in the United States or Canada
- Be enrolled at an accredited college or university as a full-time undergraduate or graduate student
- OR be an early-career professional (age 21-29 at the time of the event)
- Commit to attending both days of the online event
- Following the event, submit a short 100-250 word testimonial about your experience, to be featured in a wrap-up article on GreenBiz.com
