Andy Bastien is Senior Product Manager at FigBytes, a complete ESG and sustainability platform. His focus is on the software’s supplier transparency and water stewardship solutions. The latter empowers future-focused organizations to go beyond water compliance to gain a comprehensive understanding of their water impacts and risks so they can be better managed.

Andy developed a passion for solving environmental and social issues early in his professional career. From his start as a mechanical engineer, he quickly turned to environmental issues, educating, and advocating for Canadians on air pollution impacts of the automotive industry.

He has 15 years’ experience navigating environmental policy development and program management in climate change, water impacts, and complex multi-dimensional environmental issues. His last role was a product lead at a mental health focused start-up. FigBytes marks a return to his original passion of helping organizations solve climate change.
