Heather Aaron has 10+ years of experience in sustainability with expertise in carbon management, energy and water optimization, target setting and emissions disclosure. In her current role as a Global Business Solutions Director, Heather works with companies across the maturity spectrum, including Fortune 500 companies, to connect organizations with the technology and expertise needed to decarbonize. After working in higher education to implement sustainability strategy and develop carbon accounting curriculum, Heather worked as a carbon analyst, specializing in disclosure frameworks (CDP, TCFD, SASB, etc.) and emissions reduction strategies. With a passion for our planet, she enjoys coming alongside clients to make sustainability a reality.Heather holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science and a Master of Science degree in Climate Science and Solutions, both from Northern Arizona University. Heather lives in Flagstaff, Arizona where she enjoys hiking, mountain biking, quilting, knitting and various other fiber arts.
