Ms. Sullivan has served as the Company’s Chief Accounting Officer and Corporate Controller since December 2018. In this role she is responsible for the financial accounting and external reporting activities. Additionally, she has oversight of technical accounting matters, including M&A transactions and other various accounting functions, such as compensation, benefits and record-to-reporting efforts. Caroline is also responsible for Tax Compliance and Strategy and Treasury at Moody’s Corporation. Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Sullivan served in several roles at Bank of America from 2011 to 2018, where her last position held was Managing Director and Global Banking Controller. Ms. Sullivan, a CPA, previously held various senior positions at several banks and a major accounting firm and is a member of the Board of Directors of Financial Executives International.
