Alison Fenton-Willock joined KKR in 2021 and is a Director on the Public Affairs team, where she helps implement the firm’s environmental, social, and governance (ESG) work across its investment portfolio, particularly in Private Equity, and with respect to workforce and board governance matters across asset classes. Prior to joining KKR, she was a senior vice president and global head of ESG at Blackstone where she led the firm’s overall approach to ESG across its businesses. Ms. Fenton-Willock spent her career in alternative investments in audit, compliance and legal roles before focusing on sustainability. She earned a J.D. from NYU School of Law where she was a Staff Editor of the NYU Journal of Law and Business, and a B.B.A. magna cum laude from Baruch College.
