
Kimm Jarden
Kimm Jarden is the Global Energy Manager at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company. She has been with Goodyear for 11years, where her primary responsibilities include leading the Global Energy Program. In this role, she provides strategic direction, guidance, leadership and coordination efforts to help drive down energy losses by establishing strategic/tactical initiatives to optimize utilities consumption across the global footprint. She is also responsible for leading the renewable energy program to ensure Goodyear can reduce emissions and meet its climate change ambitions.
Prior to her current role, Jarden was a Lead Sustainability Specialist and was involved on behalf of Goodyear with the Tire Industry Project, playing a leading role in a diverse set of working groups addressing key performance indicators, end-of-life tires, tire and road wear particles, and tire granulates. Jarden has a master’s degree in geology from Kent State University, bachelor’s degrees in marketing and geology from the University of Akron and is a Certified Energy Manager (CEM).
