A community organiser, a policy researcher and an advocate for evidence-based climate action. In her role at the University of Oxford Kaya engages with leaders in government and the private sector to help fill current gaps in net zero strategies, particularly with regards to scope, credits/removals, and equity. An experienced facilitator, passionate about building bridges between civil society leaders and institutional experts. Kaya serves on several advisory boards to support projects that will fill gaps in the global climate action ecosystem. She often lectures at the University of Oxford as well as for organisations seeking to develop their own sustainability strategies.
