Dan Blaustein-Rejto is the Director of Food & Agriculture at the Breakthrough Institute, a think tank that identifies and promotes technological solutions to environmental and human development challenges. He researches and advocates for ways public policy can support environmentally and socially beneficial innovations such as methane-reducing cattle feeds and alternative proteins. His work has been covered in Vox, Bloomberg, Forbes, Agri-Pulse, and other publications. He serves as a judge for the XPRIZE Feed the Next Billion competition.
