
Stacy Noblet
Stacy Noblet is Senior Director of Transportation Electrification at ICF and ICF Climate Center Senior Fellow. With more than 15 years of experience, Stacy is a transport electrification specialist helping federal agencies, state and local governments, and utilities to plan, design, and implement clean transportation strategies and programs. Stacy’s expertise is on-road electric vehicles (EV) and charging infrastructure. Her work in this area has contributed to nationwide and local efforts to increase EV adoption through supportive infrastructure and policy development since modern-day EVs hit the roads in 2010. In addition to EVs and charging infrastructure, she’s well-versed in gaseous fuels, biofuels, hydrogen, and fuel efficiency measures to reduce petroleum consumption. Her support of the U.S. Department of Energy’s Alternative Fuels Data Center spans more than a decade.
