As Head of Sustainable Built Environment I manage the sustainability strategy for the global real estate portfolio. From innovations in healthy workplace design to robust goals for low carbon buildings, working with the Salesforce Real Estate and Workplace services team to leverage the company’s reputation and purchasing power to drive climate action in the built environment. My role also spans into our broader supply chain sustainability work, helping define strategy, internal activation and thought leadership. A dynamic sustainability leader with significant experience collaborating cross functionally and communicating complex sustainability objectives to executives. Regularly lead customer and direct supplier sustainability engagement. An expert in integrating impactful sustainability measures into critical business process, relationship builder and how to elevate others to be sustainability champions. Under my leadership, Salesforce has committed to pursuing LEED Platinum and ILFI Zero Carbon certification (by 2030) for all new major offices. I played a key role in the introduction of our most recent sustainability exhibit, integrating binding sustainability contract requirements for all suppliers. Frequently speak at global events, presenting on decarbonization, company climate action planning, Science Based Targets, supply chain, and healthy materials. Thought leadership engagements include sessions at Greenbuild, Living Future, and VERGE conferences, as well as author of Healthier Materials in the Workplace: An Introductory Guide.
