Hallinger is the Director of Behavioral Science at Litterati, a National Science Foundation Fellow in the Innovative Postdoctoral Entrepreneurial Research program, a mentor to aspiring applied behavioral scientists, an advisor to early-stage tech startups, and a program advisory board member at Loyola University Chicago. She applies research on motivation and decision-making to inform behavior change strategies across healthcare, environmental sustainability, and community development. Dr. Hallinger earned a Bachelor of Science in clinical and experimental psychology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a PhD in applied social psychology from Loyola University Chicago.
