Quinn Liu is an Investment Officer at the Sustainable Investment and Stewardship Strategies Division of the California State Teachers' Retirement System (CalSTRS). Quinn specializes in low-carbon transition investment strategies. She is responsible for investment research, shareholder engagement, and policy engagement related to climate change and energy transition. Previously, Quinn worked at HSBC Global Asset Management in Hong Kong as an Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Analyst, where she was in charge of ESG integration, company analysis, corporate governance, proxy voting, and company engagement in Asia Pacific markets. Quinn holds a master’s degree in Public Policy from Harvard University. She also holds bachelor's degrees in Finance and Arts as well as master's degrees in Finance and Human Rights from Peking University.
